Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Zibble Games ("we") handles when you visitzibblegames.com and play our games. The short version: you don't need an account, we don't ask for your name or email to play, and there's no chat.
What is stored on your device
- Game progress and settings, such as best scores, unlocked levels and whether sound is muted. These are saved in your browser's local storage on your device and are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
- A random player ID for leaderboards. It's a random code created in your browser. Leaderboards show an automatically generated nickname (like "Wobbly Otter 4821"), never anything you type.
What we receive
- Scores you submit to a leaderboard, with the random player ID and the time.
- Anonymous gameplay events, such as "a game started", "a level was completed" and how long a game took to load. We use these to find bugs and to see which games people enjoy. They are not linked to your name or email, because we never collect those.
- Standard server data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Advertising
To keep the games free, we plan to show ads from Google (AdSense and H5 Games Ads). When ads are switched on, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads and measure them. If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you'll be asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time from thePrivacy settings link in the footer. Google explains how it uses data in itspartner sites policy.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children, and there are no features for sharing personal information.
Your choices
- You can clear your browser storage at any time to remove saved progress and your player ID.
- You can change ad and cookie choices from the footer link once ads are enabled.
- You can email hello@zibblegames.com with any question or request about your data.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live.
